TOUR REGISTRATION FORM

This is the Registration Form for the Tour. You apply right here from the website. You only do this once per season and there is no fee. You will receive a confirmation email that will contain your Tour ID Number. It must be used on all entry forms for tournaments that you enter. Registration for individual tournaments is done separately by clicking on "schedule" above.

We recommend that boys have a Handicap Factor of 25.0 or less.

To participate you must

  1. be between the ages of 10 and 18 (inclusive) as of August 31 of the current year.
  2. register for the Tour for this year by submitting the form below (the cell phone item is optional but all other fields are required) and
  3. submit individual entry forms, with payment, to the tournaments you wish to enter after receiving your Tour Player ID Number.
